Reflecting on the shoot

1. Introduction

I'm still surprised December is just around the corner, but I'd like to reflect on our September photoshoot.

Throughout the process, I realized that no matter how much we envision and prepare, there are always new things that arise, and some situations don't go as smoothly as planned. That's to be expected, of course. But you don't know until you try, and experiencing it firsthand made me realize how truly challenging it is to bring even one project to fruition.
The studio preparation, the photographers, the models, and everyone who supported us. We were able to complete this photoshoot thanks to the help of so many people.

The more I considered it as a single piece of work,
"Is this good enough?" "Will it truly convey the message?"
These anxieties formed an endless chain, but I am sincerely happy that we were able to give it shape.

2. Preparation

I hoped to be particular about even the unseen aspects.

The atmosphere and subtle nuances that can be felt from photos and videos.
I tried to express my own philosophy on life and TAMIYA's items while cherishing these elements.

Perhaps there are parts that might resonate with viewers, even if only "vaguely."
I would be delighted if such interpretations could be left to each individual's heart.

3. What I felt on set

Being in a space where everything was decided by my own discretion naturally brought a slight sense of tension and responsibility.
However, creating that space with the cooperation of others was even more enjoyable, and my heart felt lighter, or rather, it's hard to express, but it was a continuous stream of fulfillment.

And above all,
"I am challenging myself with something new."
It was also a time when I strongly felt this exhilaration.

Personally, I enjoy such stimulation and want to challenge myself with many more things.

4. Gratitude to everyone involved

Once again, to

Everyone involved in the photoshoot.
Everyone who supported us on social media.
The factories and artisans involved in the design, sourcing, and sewing of our shirts and ties.

This brand would not exist without every single "support."
I truly feel once again that I cannot create anything alone.

Manufacturing is truly difficult.
That's why I am impressed by the skills and passion of the people involved, and I feel supported by them.

5. What I want to cherish going forward

"Space for life."
This philosophy has been, and will continue to be, an important part of our values.

While creating quality products is a prerequisite,
I would be delighted if, through our products, my own thoughts and values could resonate or be shared even a little with someone else's heart.

We have new projects planned, so please look forward to them.
