Leather Product Care Instructions

・In general, gently wiping with a dry, soft cloth is sufficient.

・To maintain the leather's moisture, we recommend moisturizing it with a specialized leather cream.

・Store in a well-ventilated place, away from humidity and direct sunlight.

Product Discrepancies

・Since genuine leather is used, the color and texture of each item will vary, and uneven wrinkles, scratches, and color variations may be present. There may also be a difference between the color displayed in product photos on the web and the actual product color. Additionally, during the manufacturing process, errors of approximately 2-3mm may occur. These cases are not considered defects. Please understand that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the reasons mentioned above before placing your order.

Precautions for Leather Products

・Color may transfer due to friction, humidity, sweat, or water.

・When wearing white or single-colored clothing, or when using in rainy weather, please be very careful about color transfer.

・It is susceptible to moisture and can cause stains and blisters.

・If it gets wet, wipe it carefully and dry it in the shade.

・Leaving it in a high-temperature or high-humidity place for a long time may cause deformation, discoloration, or mold.

・Please note that prolonged exposure to sunlight or fluorescent light may cause discoloration or fading.

*When storing, please keep in a cool, well-ventilated place with low humidity.

Product Maintenance

・Our products are made using durable materials and techniques to ensure they can be used for as long as possible, but over many years of use, age-related damage such as thread abrasion may occur.

We will do our best to provide repair and maintenance services, so please feel free to contact us if you have any problems. If postage costs are incurred for repairs or maintenance, these will be borne by the customer. Additionally, depending on the nature of the repair, a fee may be charged.
