Jewelry items and some new products are available for made-to-order and pre-order production.

Jewelry items typically take about 6 to 8 weeks from the order date to shipment.

Each order will be delivered to one address.
If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

Shopping bags (paper bags) are not included.

Products are packaged with necessary cushioning material to prevent damage during shipping.

As a general rule, we do not accept changes to the delivery address after an order has been completed.

Please ensure that your postal code, address, name, and other details are correct before placing your order.

If an item is returned due to an incorrect address or long-term absence, you may be responsible for the shipping costs of re-delivery.
