Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
(e.g., the item differs from your image, the size doesn't fit, or you made an incorrect order)

Additionally, if an item is returned to our store due to long-term absence or refusal to receive it without prior notice, we may not be able to accept future orders from you.

While we thoroughly inspect all items, we will accept exchanges in the following cases:

・If you received an item different from your order.
・If the item has defects such as damage or breakage.

In such cases, please contact us via our official LINE account or inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item.

To confirm the condition of the item, we may ask you to provide photos of the relevant areas.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

・More than 7 days have passed since the item was received.
・The item has been used once.
・The item has been scratched, stained, or damaged by the customer.
・Accessories or packaging have been lost or damaged.
・The item was returned without prior notice.

In the event of an exchange due to our fault, we will bear the shipping costs for the return and re-shipment.

If the replacement item is out of stock, we may process a refund instead.
